Well Loved, Worn Again

Our story

Every piece at SINUBLI has already been loved by someone. A fellow Filipino who wore it, took care of it, and decided it deserved a second life. Our job is to make sure it gets one.

We aren’t a warehouse of new stock. We’re a small shop in the province that works with a community of doers: consignors who entrust us with pieces to sell, and donors who give theirs so they can find a new home. Together we keep clothing moving from closet to closet, instead of into the bin.

Step 1

Our community

Consignors and donors send us clothes they no longer wear, from closets across the Philippines.

Step 2

We check & grade

Each piece is inspected and given a condition grade from A to D, with any flaws noted.

Step 3

We measure & list

We lay it flat, measure it in inches with a tape measure, photograph it, and list it.

Step 4

You give it a new life

You buy it, wear it, and look after it, so it keeps going for years.

↻ Then the loop closes. When you’re done with a piece, pass it on, donate it, or bring it back to the community, and it starts again at Step 1.

Why this matters

Most clothes are worn only a handful of times before they’re set aside. Every garment that stays in use is one less that has to be made from scratch, with all the water, energy, and materials that takes, and one less that ends up as waste. Keeping our clothing consumption circular here in the Philippines is a small, practical way to look after our communities and our islands.

It also keeps good clothes within reach. Pre-loved fashion lets more Filipinos dress well at fair prices, and it lets the people who clear out their closets feel good about where their clothes go next.

Your part as a mindful buyer

The loop only works when buyers are part of it. When you shop with us, we ask you to:

Buy what you’ll wear

Choose pieces you’ll reach for again and again, not just ones that are on sale.

Care for it

Wash gently, mend small things, and store it well so it lasts for the next owner too.

Pass it on

When it’s time, resell it, donate it, or consign it, so it never has to go to waste.

It also means accepting pre-loved clothes for what they are: pieces with history, and sometimes a little character to show for it.

Terms of Purchase

12 clauses

01

Agreeing to these terms

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t place an order.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to buy from us.

02

What “pre-loved” means

Everything we sell has been worn before. That’s the point, but it also means a piece can show small signs of its past life: light fading, a soft pill on knitwear, a slightly relaxed hem. We inspect every piece and give it one of four condition grades, with any notable flaws called out in the listing.

GradeWhat it means
A — Excellent / Like NewGently used with little to no visible wear. Looks and feels almost brand new.
B — Very GoodWell maintained, with only minor signs of gentle wear.
C — GoodShows visible signs of regular use but remains fully wearable. Flaws are noted in the listing.
D — FairHas noticeable wear or flaws, always described in the listing.

Please read the grade and description before you buy. Wear that is disclosed in the listing isn’t grounds for a return. We recommend washing every piece before its first wear, as you would with any pre-loved clothing.

03

Authenticity

We don’t have in-house authentication experts. Brand names, labels, and details in our listings come from the item’s own tag and from the consignor or donor who gave it to us. We describe what we can see, but we can’t verify it.

Buy at your own discretion. We do not guarantee the authenticity of any branded item. If authenticity matters to you, especially for luxury or high-value brands, have the piece checked by a qualified third party, or skip it if you aren’t comfortable with that risk.

Because we can’t verify authenticity, questions about whether an item is genuine aren’t grounds for a return or refund.

04

Sizing & measurements

Our sizes come from flat-lay measurements, taken with a tape measure and recorded in inches. See our Size Guide for how we measure and for the standard ranges.

Tag sizes on pre-loved pieces vary by brand and era, so rely on the measurements rather than the tag. Chest, bust, and waist figures are flat, which is half the full circumference: multiply them by 2 to compare with your body measurements. Because we measure by hand, please allow a small variation of up to about ½ inch.

Fit and size aren’t grounds for a return, so check the measurements carefully against a piece you already own.

05

Photos & descriptions

We photograph the actual piece you’ll receive. Screens and lighting differ, so colors may look slightly different in person. We note visible flaws in the listing, but small imperfections can be hard to capture on camera. If you want a closer look at a detail before buying, ask us through the contact details on our website.

06

One of a kind

Each piece is a single item. When it’s sold, it’s gone. Items go to the first buyer to complete payment.

When you place an order, we hold your pieces for 24 hours so you can pay. If we haven’t received your payment by then, the pieces may be released to other buyers. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you’ve paid, for example because a consignor withdraws it, we’ll tell you and refund that item in full.

07

Prices & payment

All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). We accept GCash, Maya, and bank transfer. Orders are processed once we’ve confirmed your payment, so please keep your proof of payment until your order arrives.

Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

08

Delivery

We ship from the province of Guimaras, in the Visayas. Delivery takes 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. A flat shipping fee applies per order and is shown at checkout.

We’re an island province, so sea transport, weather, and courier schedules can add days beyond our control. If your order runs late, we’ll help you follow up with the courier.

Please double-check your name, address, and contact number at checkout, and keep your phone reachable so the courier can contact you. A wrong or incomplete address can cause a failed delivery, and any re-shipping fee will be yours to cover.

09

Returns, refunds & exchanges

Every sale is final. Because our pieces are pre-loved and one of a kind, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color preference, or wear that was described in the listing.

We will make it right if:

  • we sent the wrong item, or
  • the item has damage or a flaw that was not disclosed in the listing.

To make a claim, send us an unedited unboxing video, recorded from the unopened package, within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we’ve verified it, we’ll offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund.

Claims without an unboxing video, or made after 48 hours, can’t be accepted. Any piece you send back must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received it.

10

Cancellations

Because every piece is one of a kind and we prepare orders quickly, orders can’t be cancelled once your payment is confirmed. If you need to change something, message us right away and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

11

Your information

We collect your name, address, contact details, and proof of payment only to process and deliver your order and to answer your questions. We share what’s needed with our courier and nothing more. We handle your information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Thank you for keeping good clothes in circulation

Every piece you take home is one more that stays out of the bin and in someone’s closet, where it belongs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
