Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. SINUBLI requires a ₱950 annual membership to consign items. There is no free or per-item alternative. This one-time annual fee covers unlimited listings, photography, platform access, and support for the entire year. However, donation is completely free if you prefer not to pay for membership.
Your items remain listed for 12 months (365 days) from the date they go live. During this time, SINUBLI will adjust prices strategically to encourage sales: Full price (Months 1-3), 15% markdown (Months 4-6), 30% markdown (Months 7-9), and 50% clearance (Months 10-12).
We process all items and have them live on the marketplace within 1 month (30 days) of receiving your shipment. This includes inventory assessment, professional photography, detailed descriptions, and uploading to the Consignor Portal. You'll receive email updates throughout the process.
You earn 50% of the final selling price. For example: Item sells for ₱1,000 → You earn ₱500. Payouts are processed monthly, with a ₱1,000 minimum threshold. If you earn less than ₱1,000 in a month, your earnings carry over to the next payout cycle.
For consignment: Items should be in Excellent or Very Good condition — clean, minimal wear, no stains, rips, or missing buttons. For donation: We accept Good condition and up. All items should be clean and structurally sound. Check our detailed Item Condition Guidelines on the website.
You arrange and pay for shipping using any courier (we recommend J&T Express, which offers home pickup). Ship to: SINUBLI Circular Clothing Hub, Getulio Buenavista, Guimaras 5044. Please notify us via email (thesinubliproject@gmail.com) when your package is in transit with the tracking number.
At the end of 12 months, you have three options: (1) Arrange return shipping at your cost and claim items within 14 days, (2) Donate unsold items to SINUBLI or a partner charity, (3) Extend the consignment period by mutual agreement. Any items not claimed within 14 days are considered donated to SINUBLI.
No. The ₱950 annual membership is non-refundable. However, most consignors recover this cost through just 2-3 quality item sales. See our tips section for strategies to maximize your membership investment.
Yes! You can convert your earnings to store credit at any time (1:1 ratio: ₱1,000 earnings = ₱1,000 store credit). Store credit never expires and can be used at SINUBLI's marketplace or Circular Hubs. It's a great way to refresh your wardrobe while supporting the circular economy.
